Session Fees
A non-refundable session retainer of $25 is due at the time of session booking to hold the date. You are encouraged to book well in advance, as props and setting up for the session takes time.
The initial payment of the non-refundable retainer fee covers the time and talent of photographer, retouching and creative editing of images, as determined by the photographer, Light Moods by Nina, LLC, and reserves the photographer's time which she will not advertise as being available. The non-refundable retainer will be added back into the Session Fee balance which is due the day of the session.
Newborn Session
Newborn sessions are located in my home studio. Sessions usually take place as early as 7 days & typically last 2-4 hours. Remember, they younger the infant is, the more sleepytime poses there are. Different poses/setups included. Newborn session includes use of my props, outfits and accessories.
Cake Smash Session
Children's themed sessions are fun and perfect for 3, 6, 9 & 12 month baby milestones, and for kids from 1 to 92 who believe in faerytales! Sessions include up to 3 hours of session time depending on the package you pick. These sessions may require up to 4 weeks advanced notice due to props and wardrobes that need to be ordered. However, check with me as I may already have everything I need for your chosen theme. I provide props and some outfits. **NOTE--if you choose a theme that I feel I will not use again but you still want to go ahead with it, you will have to provide/pay for the props/outfits. This is something we would discuss.
Large package will be 3 different setups: formal setup, cake smash setup and bath and splash. Medium package will be 2 of the setup choices. Small package will be 1 setup.

Maternity
Maternity sessions are best done between 30 to 36 weeks when your baby belly is really showing. I know this is a time when you do not feel your loveliest, but I want to show you that this is the time when you are the most beautiful! You are not far from bringing that bundle of joy into the world!
Maternity gowns and props are provided for these sessions. I have gowns that open in front for belly shots and closed gowns. Most gowns are off the shoulder. Large Session: 3 Gown changes and 3 different backdrops. Medium Session: 2 gown changes and 2 different backdrops. Small Session: 1 gown and 1 backdrop.

The $25 non-refundable session retainer due at time of booking is to hold the spot, and will be added back into the the remaining package balance which is due at the time of the session.

**For cake smashes, cakes or food are NOT included due to allergy reasons.

No cell phones are allowed during sessions.
Hand edited images will be sent to your gallery. The gallery I use is called Pixieset. After I have edited the images, I will send you an email invite. Just click on the invite and it will take you to your gallery. Please do not load these images onto your phone as they are high reslolution and will use up a lot of your phones memory. I will send you another invite for a phone app that will be sent to you through your gallery for downloading onto your mobile device.

Digital files are professionally hand edited and are delivered in up to four weeks via instant download through your online gallery. Files are high-resolution images with unlimited printing rights for personal use and a print release file is included.

Cash, cash app, & all major credit cards accepted. (*Credit Cards add a $5 fee.) Due to the custom nature of photography products, all sales are final. Non refundable session retainer is required to reserve your session date.
